Role Description

The Employee Relations Manager will be responsible for ensuring the effectiveness of HR processes and driving improvement across all areas of the employment lifecycle. This includes providing expert HR knowledge and advice to our management and leadership teams, leading and working collaboratively with partner agencies, and maintaining a strong understanding of wellbeing and protection for both children and adults.

Key Skills and Qualifications

Working Conditions

This is a flexible role working from home with occasional meetings at our offices and those of our partners across central Scotland.
