About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Workplace Wellbeing Advisor to join our team at Merco Medical Staffing. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert occupational health advice and promoting a healthier, safer workplace. This includes expediting early returns to work and actively managing cases to resolution.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational health services, including case management and health surveillance. They will also possess excellent communication skills and the ability to provide guidance on health and safety, rehabilitation and health education.

This is a full-time opportunity offering up to £52,000 per annum, with both onsite and remote options available. If you are a motivated and skilled individual looking to make a difference in workplace wellbeing, we encourage you to apply.
