As a Support and Wellbeing Advisor at Community Lifestyles, you will have the opportunity to work alongside individuals and their families to develop personal support plans and provide emotional and practical support to enable them to achieve their goals.

This role offers a competitive hourly rate of £12.50, plus benefits such as annual leave and company sick pay. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through a fully funded SVQ qualification.
