About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Safety Team Member. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our students and employees.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Patrolling multiple properties to prevent incidents and responding quickly in case of emergencies
  • Providing assistance to students who are locked out of their rooms or need help with other issues
  • Delivering excellent customer service to our students, addressing their queries and concerns
  • Reporting incidents electronically and contributing to the improvement of our services

  • Excellent communication and listening skills, able to build trust with our students and colleagues
  • Calmness under pressure, approachability, and fairness in all your interactions
  • Confidence working independently and comfort collaborating as part of a team

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £24,000-£30,000 per annum, dependent on experience and location, plus a range of benefits including:
