What qualifications, skills and experience do I need?

We're looking for someone who has bundles of energy and enthusiasm and is a self-motivated person but who also works well as part of a team. You'll need to show excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with a passion to deliver a first-class service to our members. Previous experience within customer care / contact centre environment is desirable.
