About the RoleThis is a temporary position for a minimum of 1 year, with the option to work condensed shifts. You will assist with health surveillance, operate as an interface between occupational health physicians and HR/P&C, and provide reports to management on health-related issues.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement workplace wellbeing initiatives
- Coordinate health surveillance and provide reports to management
- Operate as an interface between occupational health physicians and HR/P&C
- Provide regular reports to management on health-related issues
- Set up and coordinate health promotion programmes
- Undertake new employee health checks and make recommendations to management
- Coordinate and conduct health surveillance and work assessments as required
- Maintain accurate reporting systems for measuring OH performance
To be considered for this role, candidates must have a formal Occupational Health qualification, Nursing qualification (EN/RGN), experience in Audiometry and detection, experience in Spirometry and detection of HAVS, and a NEBOSH Certificate would be beneficial.
The estimated salary for this position is £**45,000-£60,000** per annum, depending on experience.
