About the Role

This is a temporary position for a minimum of 1 year, with the option to work condensed shifts. You will assist with health surveillance, operate as an interface between occupational health physicians and HR/P&C, and provide reports to management on health-related issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement workplace wellbeing initiatives
  • Coordinate health surveillance and provide reports to management
  • Operate as an interface between occupational health physicians and HR/P&C
  • Provide regular reports to management on health-related issues
  • Set up and coordinate health promotion programmes
  • Undertake new employee health checks and make recommendations to management
  • Coordinate and conduct health surveillance and work assessments as required
  • Maintain accurate reporting systems for measuring OH performance
Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must have a formal Occupational Health qualification, Nursing qualification (EN/RGN), experience in Audiometry and detection, experience in Spirometry and detection of HAVS, and a NEBOSH Certificate would be beneficial.

The estimated salary for this position is £**45,000-£60,000** per annum, depending on experience.
