About Us: One Parent Families Scotland is a respected charity that provides vital services to single parents across Scotland. Our Advice & Information Service offers expert guidance and support on a range of topics, including childcare, education, employment, and benefits.

About the Role: As a Family Wellbeing Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring that single parents receive the support they need to overcome challenges and achieve their goals. Your responsibilities will include providing high-quality advice and guidance, signposting clients to relevant resources, and engaging in ongoing training and professional development.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support to single parents and professionals
  • Work closely with colleagues to identify and address service gaps and areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local agencies and organizations to promote our services and collaborative working
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new projects and initiatives

About You: We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual with a passion for supporting single parents and their families. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A qualification in social work or a related field would be advantageous.

Estimated Salary: £32,000 per annum
