Care Supervisor (Days)

We are seeking an experienced Care Supervisor to lead care teams at our facility. This role involves ensuring high-quality care is delivered to our beneficiaries.

The role requires a Diploma in Adult Social Care or equivalent, with evidence of continuous professional development relevant to dementia care practice.

As a Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for preparing comprehensive care plans that promote wellbeing and involve beneficiaries and their families in decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise care teams
  • Prepare comprehensive care plans
  • Work with external health professionals

This role offers a competitive salary of £48,000 per annum based on location and title.
