  • Empower colleagues on site to use our spaces, tech, and tools in line with our design standards through onboarding tours and tech showcases.
  • Co-ordinate and send communications for the local workplace, including leaders and colleague messaging, and update the community on any incidents and repairs.
  • Ensure the office runs smoothly, is safe, and is clean and tidy, checking on meeting room set up, IT first fix triage, and removing old equipment, furniture, or appliances.

What We're Looking For

  • You love working at Lloyds Banking Group and have a passion for your local workplace.

  • You have good stakeholder management skills and can build relationships with those around you quickly.
  • You have an ability to think creatively and facilitate group ideation.
  • You can produce engaging and clear communications intended for colleagues.

About Working for Us

We offer a wide-ranging benefits package, which includes a generous pension contribution, an annual performance-related bonus, share schemes, and benefits you can adapt to your lifestyle.

We keep your data safe. We'll only ever ask you to provide confidential or sensitive information once you have formally been invited along to an interview or accepted a verbal offer to join us.
