Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Venue Account Manager to join our team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our events business, you will be responsible for maintaining close working relationships with venue staff, helping them to organize events by providing solutions to their audio visual and staffing needs.

The ideal candidate will have a background in corporate events and audio visual equipment, with experience managing multiple event spaces and ensuring all needs from the venue are met. You will work closely with our internal teams to supply AV equipment and staff, and liaise with clients to understand their plans for events.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing events business, specializing in planning corporate events such as award shows and exhibitions across the UK and abroad. We are looking for someone who is proactive, organized, and able to build strong relationships with clients and venue staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with clients to understand their plans for events
  • Work with internal teams to supply AV equipment and staff
  • Work closely with the venue's production team

Benefits:
- Competitive salary: £45,000 - £50,000 (OTE £55,000 - £60,000)
