Event Production Specialist

**About the Role:**
We're seeking a skilled Event Production Specialist to join our team in the UK. In this role, you'll be responsible for planning, preparing, and executing events from small meetings to large-scale productions. You'll work closely with our clients to ensure their needs are met and exceed their expectations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Plan and prepare event logistics, including equipment setup and operation* Assist in cleaning, testing, maintaining, and repairing equipment prior to events* Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems quickly* Ensure compliance with all Company security and safety measures* Maintain a positive relationship with clients through effective communication* Meet with guests on site to ensure their needs are met and equipment is working properly* Monitor events and check in on customers throughout the day
**Requirements:**
* Previous experience within the Service and Hospitality industry would be preferable* Previous experience of audio visual experience, or equivalent in an educational environment would be beneficial* Ability to work independently and as part of a team* Strong communication and problem-solving skills* Basic operational ability to troubleshoot and problem solve with equipment and software issues
