We are seeking a Senior Beauty Treatment Specialist to join our team at The Londoner, where you will have the opportunity to work with a talented group of individuals who share your passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. With a salary of £45,000 per annum, you will be part of a dynamic team that is committed to providing unforgettable experiences for our guests.

Your primary responsibility will be to deliver high-quality spa treatments, including massage and facials, while promoting all spa products and treatments. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all guests experience an environment centered around wellness and relaxation, creating a truly unforgettable experience for each and every one of them.

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. A current NVQ Level 3 or above in Beauty Therapy is required, as well as experience with spa and reception booking systems.
