Job Title: Head of European Sales

VPG is seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our European sales team. As a key member of our global sales organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the European market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop a high-performing sales team across Europe.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and provide insights for business improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the industrial automation or sensors industry.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and expanding market share.
  • Strong business acumen and financial management skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
