Head of Sales

Polestar is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales professional to lead our sales activities in the UK. As Head of Sales, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Lead and manage a team of Regional Managers to drive sales performance and growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including leasing companies, rental partners, and large corporate end-users.
- Develop and implement sales programs to increase Polestar's representation and volume in the market.
- Manage and develop Polestar's Pre-Owned program with retail partners.
- Cultivate relationships with key external and internal stakeholders to leverage insights and strategic discussions on market opportunities and developments.
- Collaborate with the Order to Delivery team to ensure cars are delivered on time and in line with targets.
- Work with the POD team to ensure a balanced flow of production variant mix and inventory.
- 10 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Proven leadership experience, with a track record of driving sales growth and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain accountability with external partners.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively deliver key messages to live audiences.
- Passion for cars, technology, and emerging trends.
