Head of Branded Sales

Onyx-Conseil is seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead the sales efforts for our client, a pioneering semiconductor scale-up. As Head of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan to drive growth and revenue.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in global semiconductor equipment sales, with a strong ability to build long-term relationships with key stakeholders. You will be a hands-on sales leader, able to create a sales plan and 18-month sales forecast, and will have experience working with reps and distributors to develop account plans.
Requirements:
- Relevant technical degree, or equivalent, in Electronic Engineering.
- Proven global semiconductor equipment sales experience.
- Ability to build long-term strategic relationships with large semiconductor corporations in Asia, Europe, and the USA.
- Hands-on sales leader – able to lead by example as well as create a sales plan and the 18-month sales forecast.
- Experience of working with reps and distributors – able to develop account plans with these parties.
