Head of Sales

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our dynamic sales team in Oxford, United Kingdom. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and motivating teams to achieve ambitious sales targets while ensuring client satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive sales team performance to meet and exceed monthly and annual targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management to inform business decisions.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Train and mentor sales staff to enhance their skills and knowledge, and provide support and professional development.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales efforts and improve overall business performance.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role, with a strong track record of success.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of sales strategies and market analysis, with the ability to stay ahead of the competition.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines, with a strong focus on results and delivery.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office, with the ability to analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with a strong understanding of sales principles and practices.
