Semiconductor Sales Director

We are seeking a highly experienced sales professional to join Onyx-Conseil as Head of Branded Sales. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our semiconductor business through strategic relationship-building and sales leadership. As a seasoned sales expert, you will leverage your extensive network and industry knowledge to secure new business opportunities and expand our customer base.
This is a home-based position with regular travel to our Oxford office. You will have the flexibility to work remotely while maintaining close ties with our team and stakeholders.
As Head of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy that drives revenue growth and expands our market share. You will lead by example, creating a sales plan and 18-month sales forecast that aligns with our business objectives. Your expertise in sales leadership, relationship-building, and account management will be essential in driving success in this role.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in global semiconductor equipment sales, with a strong track record of building long-term relationships with key stakeholders. A relevant technical degree or equivalent in Electronic Engineering is preferred, but not mandatory.
