Mason Blake is a Private Equity firm seeking an experienced Sales Director to join their team in London. The role will be on a contract-to-permanent basis, covering the pan-European market and targeting institutional and high net worth clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop new client relationships and support existing ones to drive sales growth and increase revenue.
  2. Lead sales meetings to acquire new clients and close deals effectively.
  3. Oversee the marketing program for Mason Blake and coordinate all communications to ensure a strong brand presence.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to identify cross-selling opportunities and deliver exceptional client experiences.

Requirements:

  1. Demonstrated expertise in sales and client relationship management, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  2. Experience in the private equity sector, preferably in investor relations, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
  3. Able to manage marketing communications and campaigns, driving business growth and development.
  4. Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent problem-solving skills.
