About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Lab Informatics expert to lead our European market expansion efforts. This strategic role will be responsible for driving growth and adoption of our laboratory informatics solutions in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to enter and grow the European market for laboratory informatics in our product portfolio.
  • Provide thought leadership and direction to field-facing teams, including creating and maintaining relationships with executive leadership.
  • Collaborate with the product team to provide business and technology guidance in support of new or enhanced features and functionality in laboratory informatics software.
  • Develop strategy and messaging for customer adoption of laboratory informatics solutions and maturing the product for future adoption by new and existing customers.
  • Coordinate resources across the customer lifecycle from sales to delivery and beyond.
  • Serve as an evangelist in the space by presenting at industry conferences, leading webinars, and authoring content for industry publications.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of laboratory informatics software consulting for life sciences companies OR working with a laboratory informatics software vendor.
  • Proven ability to innovate across business processes and technology solutions.
  • Ability to hold meaningful conversations with customer stakeholders and relevant IT leaders regarding laboratory informatics software applications and their use within multiple functional areas.
  • Ability to travel for customer meetings and presentations up to 40%.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and generous paid time off.
