About the Role

Page Executive is seeking a seasoned European Sales Director to spearhead the growth of our beverage portfolio across the UK and Europe.

Job Overview

This key leadership position involves developing and executing strategic sales plans, establishing and maintaining partnerships with top-tier customers, and leading a high-performing sales team to drive revenue growth and maximize profit margins.

Sales Strategy Development: Define and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to expand our footprint in QSR, retail, and leisure channels, focusing on key markets such as the UK and Europe.

Key Account Management: Foster strong relationships with key customers, driving business growth through collaborative efforts and ensuring alignment with our company's goals.

Team Leadership: Recruit, develop, and manage a talented European sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and delivering against growth targets.

Financial Management: Oversee budgets, revenue forecasts, and performance metrics to optimize profitability and drive business success.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams at our UK HQ, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure brand consistency and alignment on supply chain and pricing strategies.

Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all activities comply with local and European regulations, providing regular updates and reports to our UK HQ.

Requirements

  • Experience: A proven track record in senior sales roles within the soft beverage sector, with a strong background in QSR, retail, and leisure channels across the UK and Europe.
  • Languages: Fluency in English and at least one additional European language (e.g., French, German, Spanish, or Italian).
  • Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the UK and European beverage landscapes, with a well-established network within QSR, retail, and leisure channels.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to build, lead, and motivate sales teams across multiple regions.
  • Analytical Ability: Strong analytical skills, with experience in budget management, forecasting, and market analysis.
  • Travel Readiness: Flexibility to travel extensively across European markets to meet clients and support sales teams.
