The Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to help modernize laboratory management software as part of our product portfolio expansion into the European market.

In this role, you will provide thought leadership to craft innovative customer solutions, foster key partnerships, and ensure customer success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter and grow the European market for laboratory informatics in Veeva's product portfolio.
  • Provide strategic direction to field-facing teams, including building and maintaining relationships with executive leadership.
  • Offer business and technology guidance to the product team to support new or enhanced features and functionality in laboratory informatics software.
  • Develop strategies and messaging for customer adoption of laboratory informatics solutions and prepare the product for future adoption by new and existing customers.
  • Coordinate resources across the customer lifecycle from sales to delivery and beyond.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in the space by presenting at industry conferences, leading webinars, and authoring content for industry publications.
  • Engage with communities of practice and manage relationships with partners.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in laboratory informatics software consulting for life sciences companies or working with a laboratory informatics software vendor.
  • A proven ability to innovate across business processes and technology solutions.
  • The capacity to hold meaningful conversations with customer stakeholders and relevant IT leaders regarding laboratory informatics software applications and their use within multiple functional areas.
  • Able to travel for customer meetings and presentations up to 40%.
