Senior Marketing Specialist for European Business Growth

We are seeking a seasoned B2B marketer to drive business growth in Europe. As a key member of our marketing organization, you will play a central role in the expansion of our business across the continent.

Job Summary

This senior marketing specialist position reports directly to our Vice President, Marketing & Communications in Singapore. You will be responsible for developing and executing a strong marketing plan that drives demand generation programs into the European market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and own a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business pipeline goals to drive demand generation initiatives in Europe
  • Collaborate with our Go-to-Market, Services, Pre-sales, and Solution Architects teams to identify key accounts and develop account-based marketing plans to support their growth
  • Borrow from and localize global campaigns to ensure relevance and effectiveness in the local market
  • Continuously A/B test marketing campaigns to optimize performance
  • Develop and implement inside marketing qualification capabilities through working closely with Sales Development Representatives
  • Represent European marketing interests in weekly, monthly, and quarterly business and marketing reviews
  • Maintain accurate databases and leverage data for performance tracking and budget management
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing, or equivalent experience
  • 8-10 years of marketing experience, including exposure to well-established global brands and decarbonization topics
  • A deep understanding of B2B marketing and the ability to demonstrate marketing growth in the region
  • Experience with marketing automation is a plus, but not required
  • A data-driven approach and a focus on monitoring pipelines and spend

Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is €80,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
