Hybrid role with office and home-working
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Digital team as Senior CRM Manager.
This role is responsible for the full end-to-end CRM strategy across all Center Parcs brands, including planning, data selections, workflows, copy, creative, onward journeys, and database health management.
Key responsibilities include maximising commercial marketing, achieving revenue and bookings targets, and maintaining an excellent control of the budget and performance.
The successful candidate will have strong data and analysis experience to drive commercial decisions and strategy, excellent communication and organisation skills, and strong people management experience.
HOURS OF WORK
You will be contracted to work 150 hours per 4-week period (37.5 hours per week), with dynamic working available from 7am to 7pm.
