About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Development Manager to join our team at Concorde BGW Group. As a key member of our Exec Team, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and profitability of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a robust sales strategy to drive business growth and exceed targets
  • Manage and optimize our CRM system to track client lead activity and provide clear sales information to management
  • Collaborate with the sales director to develop and deliver a long-term sales strategy for both new and repeat business
  • Present monthly sales figures and forecasts to the management team
  • Liaise with key client relationship managers to maximize repeat business
  • Set and deliver yearly sales budgets in conjunction with the sales director
  • Ensure the sales tracker is up-to-date and that sales information is available to the management team
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure targeted marketing activities drive sales returns
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales development and customer-focused environments
  • Excellent IT skills, including MS Office systems and Teams
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems
  • Highly skilled communication and organizational skills
  • Able to work to targets and deliver results
  • Good problem-solving ability
  • A team player with a positive can-do approach
  • Knowledge of commercial construction, facilities management, and/or commercial furnishing sales
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of up to £55,000, negotiable depending on experience, along with a company car or car allowance and all business mileage paid. You will also receive a company bonus scheme, company pension, laptop, iPad, and mobile phone.

As a hybrid employee, you will enjoy a balance of remote working and regular travel to our Nottingham and Doncaster offices. You will also benefit from up to 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays and paid leave during the festive period.
