Job Description:

The Senior Renewable Energy Sales Manager will be responsible for developing new customer relationships and acquiring key accounts in the utility renewable energy sector. This role demands strong leadership, a deep understanding of the solar utility industry, and the ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new customer relationships and acquire key accounts in the utility renewable energy sector.
  • Take full ownership of assigned key account customers, ensuring their needs are met and relationships are maintained.
  • Lead negotiations and provide support at the C-level with Utilities, Investors, Developers, and EPCs.
  • Identify and analyze customer requirements related to products and services, ensuring alignment with company offerings.
  • Take responsibility for achieving key account sales targets and overall business growth.
  • Collaborate with the solution engineering team to ensure customer requirements are addressed in product development and service delivery.
  • Present new products and services to key accounts, positioning the company as a leader in the renewable energy market.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and conduct market analysis to drive sales growth.
  • Develop innovative sales strategies to capture new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
  • Analyze sales potential, identifying key areas for growth and improvement.
  • Manage and coordinate the activities of subordinate account managers to achieve company goals.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in the utility renewable energy sector at the European level, with a strong preference for candidates with export experience. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field and fluency in spoken and written business English are also required. Additional languages are advantageous. Strong background in contract negotiations, particularly with senior management and C-level executives, is essential.

 

Estimated Salary: €80,000 - €110,000 per annum
