Senior Sales Development Manager

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced business development professional to take on a key role in our expanding company.
About UsWe specialize in design, build, and reactive maintenance services, primarily serving the leisure, hospitality, commercial, and public sectors. We're seeking a talented individual to develop and expand our sales strategy into a robust and professional sales function for the group.
Job OverviewThe successful candidate will be responsible for helping us evolve and grow our construction and maintenance client portfolio, working closely with our existing team and sales director.
Key Responsibilities:- Expand our work within the hospitality and private sector in design, build, facilities management, and furnishing
- Develop and implement a professional sales function to drive growth and profitability
- Implement and manage a new CRM system to track client/lead activity and provide clear sales information to management
- Liaise with key client relationship managers to maximize repeat business
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Industry knowledge in the construction sector
- Excellent IT skills, including MS Office systems and Teams
- Working knowledge of CRM systems
- Knowledge of commercial construction, facilities management, and/or commercial furnishing sales
- A full UK driving license
We're offering a competitive salary up to £55,000, negotiable depending on experience, as well as a company car or car allowance, business mileage paid, company bonus scheme, company pension, laptop, iPad, and mobile phone.
We're flexible on location, but you'll need to travel regularly to our Nottingham and Doncaster offices. The position is hybrid, allowing for remote working opportunities.
You'll also enjoy up to 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, paid festive period leave, and access to our Concorde Culture programme, which includes perks like free office snacks, team away days, and more.
