Role Overview
Ideagen is a leading provider of software solutions that help organizations achieve their goals. As a Senior New Business Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving growth and revenue for our company.
Key Responsibilities
Market Knowledge and Research:
Develop a deep understanding of the carbon accounting market, including trends, competitors, and regulatory frameworks.
Marketing Collaboration:
Work closely with our marketing team to develop and execute successful marketing strategies.
Sales Process Management:
Drive the sales journey of each prospect through to purchase, managing leads accurately through the sales cycle within Salesforce.
Post-Sale Engagement:
Ensure all paperwork is accurate and correct post-sale, and maintain client engagement for six months to manage follow-up leads.
Requirements
Prospecting and Lead Management: Proven experience in prospecting and managing leads effectively.
Crm Experience: Proficient in using CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
Sales Presentations and Demos: Skilled in delivering compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Opportunity Assessment: Ability to assess and qualify sales opportunities accurately.
Sales Process Management: Experience in managing the sales process and employing effective closing techniques.
Customer Onboarding: Knowledge of customer onboarding strategies and relationship-building techniques.
Time Management: Strong time management and prioritisation skills.
Negotiation Skills: Proficient in negotiation and interpersonal skills for closing deals and setting terms.
Customer Success: Understanding of customer success strategies for new clients.
