Senior Business Development Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- To identify and pursue new business leads through self-sourced conversations with decision-makers.
- To develop and implement lead-generation strategies, including researching, cold calling, prospecting, door knocking, and vehicle spotting.
- To create personalised, multi-product/service offerings and prepare proposal and implementation documentation to deliver solutions to clients.
- To build effective and profitable relationships with key stakeholders, positioning yourself as a credible and assured networker.
- To take ownership of your performance and strive for success, leveraging expertise in the light commercial market or contract hire sectors.
