Senior Business Process Manager

We are seeking a skilled Senior Business Process Manager to manage and expand the footprint of our global clients' Business Process Management across existing client accounts.
The ideal candidate will have experience in BPO/BPS services sales and a strong understanding of the financial industry, including the latest trends and technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts and monitor ongoing activities related to them.
- Meet with clients to discuss their evolving needs and assess the quality of the company's relationship with them.
- Develop and implement strategies for maintaining and growing existing client relationships.
- Propose suitable financial products and services to clients based on their needs and objectives.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure financial products and services meet client expectations.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions that meet clients' needs.
- Prepare reports of account activity, expenditures, profit and loss, and other performance metrics.
- Conduct regular client reviews and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Required Skills:
- Financial Services/ Banking/Bank shared service or insurance company Business Process Outsourcing /Business Process Management Account Management profiles.
- IT and Outsourcing background Sales and Account Management BPM industry.
- Based in the United Kingdom; Open to travel as and when required.
