Senior Special Educational Needs Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to provide personalized support and foster the development of students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). The successful candidate will work in a variety of flexible roles, supporting students both in and out of the classroom.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting students with SEN, implementing individualized learning plans designed by the SEN coordinator
- Fostering positive relationships with students, promoting social and emotional development
- Collaborating with teachers and professionals for a holistic approach to education
Requirements:
- Experience working with students with SEN in a school or care setting
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to support student progress
- Strong communication skills and collaboration with teachers and parents
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this position is £27,500 - £37,000 per annum, offering competitive compensation and opportunities for professional growth through access to training and development resources.
