About the Role

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and other staff to provide tailored support for students with diverse learning requirements. Your role will be crucial in fostering a nurturing atmosphere that encourages personal and academic growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with special educational needs.
  • Assist teachers in delivering engaging and adapted lessons.

  • Monitor student progress and report feedback to the teaching staff.
  • Support students during school activities, break times, and transitions.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with students with special educational needs is desirable.
  • A strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection policies.

  • An ability to adapt to the individual needs of students.
  • An enhanced DBS on the Update Service.

Salary and Benefits
