The Job:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Special Education Needs Support Professional. The successful candidate will work closely with the class teacher to develop and implement personalized lesson plans for children with SEN. This role requires exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for children with SEN.
  • Collaborate with the class teacher to plan and deliver lessons that cater to the diverse needs of SEN children.
  • Provide one-to-one support to children with SEN, promoting social, emotional, and academic growth.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and carers to ensure they are informed about their child's progress.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to parents as required.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, and the opportunity to work with a dedicated and supportive team who share your passion for making a difference in the lives of children.
