Minimum Requirements:
  • Prior experience working with children or young people with special educational needs is essential.
  • A patient and empathetic approach to supporting students with diverse needs.
  • A relevant qualification in education, childcare, or a related field is desirable but not essential.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
  • Ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
