Job Description:

We're seeking a highly skilled HR and Finance Operations Assistant to join our team at GXO Logistics in Banbury. As a key member of our HR and finance teams, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, coordinating logistics operations, and ensuring seamless financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the HR department with employee onboarding, offboarding, and other administrative tasks.
  • Provide financial support to the finance team, including data entry, expense reporting, and budgeting.
  • Liaise with suppliers and the accounts payable team to ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative or finance role.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage competing demands.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide insightful recommendations.
