Senior Client Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Client Manager to join our team at Public Practice Recruitment Ltd. As a Senior Client Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, leading a team of accountants, and driving business growth.

About the Role
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, providing results-driven accountancy support and service excellence.
  • Lead a team of accountants, reviewing work, providing constructive mentorship, and motivating team members.
  • Contribute to the firm's growth by retaining existing clients and building relationships with prospective clients.
  • Act as clients' financial business partner, providing sound advisory and technical know-how.
  • Review processes and implement more efficient ways of service delivery.

Requirements
  • ACA or ACCA qualified, with at least three years' post-qualification experience.
  • Demonstrable experience managing a client portfolio, with a results-driven approach.
  • Previous experience leading a team, including reviewing work and providing mentorship.
  • A sound commercial understanding, including forecasting and monitoring fee recovery.
  • A can-do attitude to problem-solving.
  • Organised and able to oversee a team's workload effectively.
  • Excellent communication and advisory skills.
  • Confident working closely with senior management.
