About the Position

We are seeking an Account Acquisition Executive to join our Sales Team as a Business Development Manager. In this critical role, you will drive business growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities across various sectors.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Identified and developed new business opportunities across diverse sectors.
  • Conducted daily stand-ups and regular group sales meetings to share insights and strategies.
  • Met or exceeded sales targets and performance KPIs on a weekly basis.
  • Utilized Salesforce for efficient account management and administration.
  • Enhanced client interactions using collaboration and networking tools, including Microsoft Teams and LinkedIn.
  • Sourced suitable candidates from the FDM Skills Lab to meet client requirements.
  • Collaborated cross-functionally with Graduate Recruitment, University Partnerships, HR, Skills Lab, Technical Coaches, and Sales Management to achieve shared goals.
  • Stayed informed about industry and sector trends through proactive research.
