Job Overview

The Account Acquisition Executive role at Tide presents a chance to become part of a pioneering company transforming the way small businesses manage their finances. Your primary responsibility will be to acquire new accounts, convert leads into members, and provide exceptional customer service.

With a background in sales or a related field, preferably in a fast-paced fintech environment, you will possess excellent communication skills, the ability to thrive in a target-oriented setting, and a passion for supporting small businesses. You should be comfortable with cold calling, emailing, and outreach, and have a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.

Tide offers a competitive salary of approximately £45,000 - £65,000, depending on experience, plus benefits including flexible working options, group life insurance, and vital health insurance. You will also receive 25 days' holiday, three days for L&D or volunteering time off, and a £1,000 professional L&D budget annually.
