Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Experience Director to join our team in Leeds.

This role will be responsible for driving commercial success across assigned customer accounts by increasing revenue through retention, cross-selling, and product adoption.

The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a passion for customer success, a commercial mindset, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

  • Account Management: Oversee customer accounts, driving growth and retention.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of customer experts.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Strategic Planning: Contribute to strategic initiatives and market analysis.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure timely delivery of solutions and meet performance metrics.

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum (dependent on experience).

Our company, Ligentia, offers a hybrid working environment, requiring on average 3 days a week from our Leeds office for collaboration and team meetings.
