Final Mile Customer Experience Director

This senior-level position comes with a competitive salary of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of customer service principles, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and engage self-employed couriers to deliver exceptional results.
You will be responsible for ensuring safe Health and Safety practices are in place and addressing any failures in a timely manner. A customer-focused approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.
