The Role: Lead Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering exceptional care and guiding a team of therapists to achieve positive outcomes for the individuals we support.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of occupational therapists and speech and language therapists, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive care plans in accordance with best practices and individual needs, ensuring alignment with relevant standards.
  • Provide direct patient care, delivering high-quality occupational therapy interventions to promote functional independence and enhance quality of life.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting progress and outcomes effectively.
  • Mentor and guide junior staff members, providing clinical supervision and support to enhance their professional development.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and integrated therapy plans.
