Boston House is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Lead Occupational Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our Clinical Team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality occupational therapy services to individuals with complex disabilities following a brain injury.

You will work closely with our support team to develop and implement personalized rehabilitation plans, ensuring that each individual receives the best possible care and support. Your expertise and leadership skills will be essential in managing and leading a team of occupational therapists and speech and language therapists.

As a Lead Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring high standards of direct patient care
