Job Title: Lead Occupational Therapist

About the Role

Boston House is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Lead Occupational Therapist to join their team. As a key member of the Clinical Team, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of occupational therapists and speech and language therapists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all individuals we support have a full care plan pathway in accordance with relevant standards.
  • Take responsibility for ensuring high standards of direct patient care.
  • Provide guidance and role modelling to junior staff through actively being involved in and directing care and on clinical issues.
  • Ensure patient records are up to date and are an accurate reflection of the situation.
