Job Title: Lead Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Lead Occupational Therapist to join our team at Boston House. As a key member of our Clinical Team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support and rehabilitation services to individuals with complex disabilities following a brain injury.

About the Role:
  • Manage and lead a team of occupational therapists and speech and language therapists to ensure the delivery of exceptional care and support.
  • Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation plans to meet the unique needs and goals of our service users.
  • Collaborate with other professionals within the Clinical Team to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
  • Provide guidance and role modeling to junior staff, promoting best practice and professional development.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure high standards of care and compliance with relevant regulations.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Lead Occupational Therapist or in a similar leadership role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality care and support.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of professionals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with service users, families, and colleagues.
