Job Description

Role: Lead Occupational Therapist

Location: Oldham

Salary: Up to £45,000

Boston House is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Lead Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. As a key member of our Clinical Team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality occupational therapy services to individuals with complex disabilities following a brain injury.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead a team of occupational therapists and speech and language therapists
  • Ensure all individuals have a comprehensive care plan pathway in accordance with relevant standards
  • Take responsibility for ensuring high standards of direct patient care
  • Ensure patient records are up-to-date and accurately reflect the individual's situation
  • Provide guidance and role modeling to junior staff through active involvement in and direction of care and clinical issues
  • Support all team members to ensure the smooth running of the Unit
  • Ensure the effective planning, delivery, and evaluation of all nursing care and integrated therapy plans
