Job Title: Lead Occupational Therapist

Location: Oldham

Salary: Up to £45,000

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Occupational Therapist to join our team at Boston House. As a key member of our Clinical Team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality rehabilitation services to individuals with complex needs following a brain injury.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead a team of occupational therapists and speech and language therapists
  • Ensure all individuals we support have a full care plan pathway in accordance with relevant standards
  • Take responsibility for ensuring high standards of direct patient care
  • Ensure patient records are up to date and are an accurate reflection of the situation
  • Provide guidance and role modeling to junior staff, through actively being involved in and directing care and on clinical issues
  • Provide support to all team members to ensure the smooth running of the Unit
  • Ensure the effective planning, delivery, and evaluation of all nursing care and integrated therapy plans
