About the Role:
  • Manage and lead a team of occupational therapists and speech and language therapists to ensure the delivery of exceptional care and support.
  • Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation plans to meet the unique needs and goals of our service users.
  • Collaborate with other professionals within the Clinical Team to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
  • Provide guidance and role modeling to junior staff, promoting best practice and professional development.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure high standards of care and compliance with relevant regulations.
