Job Title: Lead Occupational Therapist

At Boston House, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Lead Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. As a key member of our Clinical Team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support and rehabilitation services to individuals with complex disabilities following a brain injury.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead a team of occupational therapists and speech and language therapists to ensure the delivery of excellent patient care.
  • Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation support plans to meet the specific needs and goals of our service users.
  • Ensure high standards of direct patient care, including the effective planning, delivery, and evaluation of all nursing care and integrated therapy plans.
  • Provide guidance and role modeling to junior staff, promoting best practice and clinical excellence.
  • Collaborate with other professionals within the Clinical Team to ensure seamless care pathways and effective communication.
