Job Title: Lead Occupational Therapist

Location: Oldham

Salary: Up to £45,000

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Occupational Therapist to join our team at Boston House. As a key member of our Clinical Team, you will be responsible for leading a team of occupational therapists and speech and language therapists in providing high-quality rehabilitation services to individuals with complex needs following a brain injury.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead a team of occupational therapists and speech and language therapists to ensure the delivery of high-quality rehabilitation services.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in accordance with relevant standards and regulations.
  • Ensure patient records are accurate and up-to-date, reflecting the individual's needs and progress.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior staff members, promoting professional development and growth.
  • Collaborate with other professionals within the Clinical Team to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of care.
