Senior Radiographer

The Christie NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Radiographer to lead our team of radiographers in providing high-quality radiation therapy services to our patients. As a Senior Radiographer - Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the activities of the team, ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of radiation therapy treatments.
Main Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of radiographers in the delivery of radiation therapy treatments
- Develop and implement quality assurance programs to ensure the accuracy and safety of radiation therapy treatments
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care and treatment
- Provide guidance and training to junior staff members
- Contribute to the development of new policies and procedures to improve patient care and treatment

Requirements- DCR(T) or BSc (Hons) Therapeutic Radiographer State
- Registered Therapeutic Radiographer
- HPC Registration
- Experience in radiation therapy and team leadership
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
