**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Technical Secretariat/Author to join our team at AWE Plc. The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative support, including the coordination of leadership, regulatory, customer and/or technical meetings.

**Key Responsibilities**

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative support to our Liabilities function, including coordinating meetings and gathering data;
  • Reviewing and formatting senior board papers and communications;
  • Working closely with stakeholders to ensure meeting packs and outputs are accurate and well-informed;

**Requirements**

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A Level or equivalent qualification, or equivalent on-the-job experience in a comparable field;
  • Exceptional organisational skills and experience of managing multiple tasks and stakeholders at any one time;
  • Critical thinking/problem-solving mindset;
  • Excellent active listening skills and the ability to translate information and/or requests into action plans;
  • An ability to work calmly and constructively in a priority-changing environment;
